Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 7  days for sky-related products or any defective (fadeshub) items. To return, the product must be unused, in original condition, and with the original packaging. A proof of purchase is required. Returns will be processed only if made within 10 days from the purchase date.

Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
    • Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
    • Some items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, and personal care items, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility.
  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@fadeshub.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
    • Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
    • Pack the item securely, including the RMA number and a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
    • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

  1. Eligibility for Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are available for items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
    • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate the exchange within 10 days of receipt.
  2. Exchange Process:

    • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at exchanges@fadeshub.com with your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the exchange.
    • Our customer service team will provide you with an Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) number and detailed instructions on how to exchange your item.
    • Pack the item securely, including the EMA number and a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Exchange Shipping:

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for an exchange. However, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item to you.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
